All About Me, Mackenzie!

Hello there! I am Mackenzie Teatro and it is a pleasure to meet you!

I am currently a young communications professional, actively expanding my skill set, achievements and network! I am highly extroverted and love people, although I do cherish my alone time in order to recharge that social battery. Growing up I was an only child so being alone is something I enjoy as it is where I can focus entirely on myself, and just breathe! People are truly a passion of mine though, with 5+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, service and networking are my specialty!

Currently I am studying Marketing and Business at Durham College, I am completing my second year and then awaiting my next adventure!

My experience in serving and hospitality has been a crucial foundation for my role as a digital designer and marketer, particularly in fostering critical thinking skills that directly influence attention to detail. In the hospitality industry, every interaction requires quick thinking and problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction. From managing unexpected situations to anticipating and fulfilling diverse needs, I’ve developed a knack for assessing situations from multiple angles and finding effective solutions. This critical thinking ability seamlessly extends into my design and marketing work. Similarly, modeling has honed my ability to listen attentively and follow directions accurately, aligning seamlessly with the client-focused nature of marketing and design. Drawing from these backgrounds, I approach each project with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of client objectives, ensuring that every element resonates with the target audience and exceeds expectations.
